The team includes authorized accounting and payroll consultants.

We work with ongoing accounting for small and medium-sized companies, larger groups, financial management, and payroll administration.

About the position

We are now looking for a careful and responsible accounting assistant for a full-time position. The position is performed entirely remotely and suits you who thrive working digitally, independently, and in a structured manner, while maintaining close contact with colleagues and customers.

Even though we work entirely remotely, we have close and ongoing contact during the workday through our digital work tools.

You will never work in isolation; you have colleagues nearby for questions, support, and check-ins.

You will work in a team where we help each other and where there is always the opportunity to ask questions and develop in the role.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
  • Handling and posting of supplier invoices
  • Registration and follow-up of financial documentation
  • Simplified customer contact via phone, email, and digital meetings
  • Simplified payroll administration
  • Preparation of simple reports and summaries
  • Other administrative tasks within accounting and financial management

The tasks will be gradually adjusted according to your experience and development.

We are looking for you who

  • Have relevant education in economics or accounting, for example from university, college, vocational upper secondary school (KY), or higher vocational education (YH)
  • Alternatively, have previous experience with ongoing bookkeeping or financial administration
  • Have good computer skills and are comfortable working in digital systems
  • Express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality, quality, and accurate documentation

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

  • Fortnox or other financial systems
  • Microsoft 365 and the Office suite
  • Supplier invoice management
  • Payroll administration
  • Work at an accounting firm
